Ross Bertrand, a Stamford native, has been training professional, collegiate, high school and youth athletes for the past 11 years. He graduated from the University of Albany with his bachelor’s in science and minor in education. Ross played football at U Albany competing as a true freshman.

Ross is EMR, CPR, AED certified. He specializes in all sports including football, soccer, squash, lacrosse, tennis, and hockey. He focuses on speed development, plyometrics, strength training and believes in teaching all athletes the importance of movement.

  • Kyle Kirby (UA Lacrosse HS All American, Notre Dame Lacrosse)

  • Scooter Harrington (Stanford University Football)

  • Jamie Loeb (Tennis Pro Ranked in the top 100)
