Training

Pricing +

Please view all of our pricing here.

Arrival Time +

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session begins. Please note that sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive late, we will not be able to complete the full session, and session fees cannot be prorated. For group training sessions, doors will close 5 minutes after the start of class with no entry allowed after that point.

Gym Attire +

Please wear appropriate gym attire for your workout. No jeans, flip flops / sandals, heels will be permitted during training sessions.

 

Booking

Membership +

There are no memberships available for XenHouse; we are an appointment-based facility. All training clients must be accompanied by a trainer at all times.

Appointments +

We recommend booking your training sessions in advance, particularly for weekend sessions. Group sessions are first come, first serve.

Health Considerations +

When booking a session, please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, or allergies. We will tailor your experience accordingly.

 

Policies

Cancellation Policy +

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy +

Any refund requests for unused classes or packages must be made within 5 business days of purchase. Requests made after the 5th business day will receive a credit toward future service purchases. Any credits must be utilized within 12 months of issuance.

Child Supervision +

Please, no children under the age of 10 unless accompanied and monitored by a parent.

XenHouse Etiquette +

In order to provide all of our members with the best possible experience, we ask that our community please not use their cell phones during training sessions.

Acceptable Forms of Payment +

XenHouse accepts XenHouse gift cards, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
